The NEMBER SEA HOUSES apartments, newly built (2019), are located about 50 meters from the beach, in the West area of Jesolo Lido, near Piazza Nember and Via Verdi, which in the evening becomes a pedestrian area with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pizzerias nearby.
The NEMBER SEA HOUSES residence is a 10-story building with an elevator, consisting of 36 apartments, mostly three-room apartments, equipped with the latest modern amenities.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, motorized shutters, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette with induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a large balcony with side sea view, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
