Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge of Euro 60,00 per apartment to pay at arrival; anyway the customer must clean the kitchen area (cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, garbage, etc...);
Beach service: is included;
Deposit: Euro 200,00 per apartment;
Bed linen: is included (without changing during the stay);
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels or hire them on site;

The tourist tax (local tax) is not included and must be paid on the spot on arrival: 2023 - Euro 1,00 night / person from 10 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights. |
